While our corporate office is located in New Albany, we have always adopted the “have pen – will travel” theology when it comes to closing locations. We will travel to the realtor’s office or lender’s office upon request. We can also close at the customer’s home when necessary. We are willing to do whatever it takes to meet our customer’s needs and assure that the closing takes place in a timely manner. We also have a downtown office location available to serve our clients. By not participating in affiliated business arrangements we are able to provide the best closing services possible with the most cost effective fees. Title insurance premiums are governed by the State of Ohio, Department of Insurance.
We use the “team effort” approach to closings. If a particular closer assigned to your file is not available any other team member is able to assist with the processing of the file. Our internet based title production software permits interactive access to our closing files. Data is stored utilizing remote servers located throughout the country. The system has multiple safeguards in place to protect the security of all data.
Esquire Title Services provides complete escrow services including preparation of all necessary documents and full title services including owners and mortgagee coverage, all available endorsements as prescribed by the Rating Bureau of the Department of Insurance, and title guarantees or other search or lien reports, including Warranty of Record Title Reports for second mortgages. Esquire Title Services provides title insurance through First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
